Raipur, May 26, 2026/ Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai extended his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on the completion of 12 successful years of dedicated service to the nation as “Pradhan Sevak”, marked by a commitment to public service, good governance and welfare-oriented governance.
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that under Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s visionary, decisive and people-centric leadership, India has entered a new era defined by service, security, confidence and development.
Sharing his views through a post on social media platform X, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai said that over the last 12 years, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi transformed both the approach and functioning of governance by placing service, good governance and the spirit of ‘Antyodaya’ at the centre of policymaking, which ensured that the benefits of development reached the last person in society. The Prime Minister’s resolve to bring meaningful change in the lives of the poor, farmers, women, youth, underprivileged communities and tribal society is now visible across every corner of the country, he added.
Chief Minister Shri Sai further stated that under Prime Minister Shri Modi’s leadership, India today is setting new benchmarks in confidence, security and global stature. The country has achieved significant milestones in strengthening its economy, modernising infrastructure, advancing the digital revolution, promoting self-reliance, enhancing national security and ensuring social inclusion. The vision of Viksit Bharat @2047 is now progressing with growing public participation and trust.
Referring specifically to Chhattisgarh, Shri Sai said Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership has been particularly inspiring for the state. Regions such as Bastar and forested areas that remained affected by Naxal violence for decades are now witnessing a renewed phase of development, trust and public welfare. Access to roads, healthcare, education, mobile connectivity, banking facilities and government welfare schemes has expanded to remote tribal regions, bringing tangible improvements in people’s lives.
Chief Minister further said that flagship initiatives such as the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Ayushman Bharat, Ujjwala Yojana, Har Ghar Jal, Jan Dhan Yojana and Digital India have infused fresh hope, dignity and confidence into the lives of the poor, farmers, women, youth and tribal communities. He said Prime Minister Shri Modi’s emphasis on ensuring the last-mile delivery of schemes has made governance more responsive and accountable.
Shri Vishnu Deo Sai said Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi transformed the mantra of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas and Sabka Prayas” from a slogan into a guiding principle of governance and policy. As a result, the country is moving rapidly towards inclusive growth and development, he said.
Chief Minister observed that Prime Minister Shri Modi’s leadership is not only strengthening the nation economically but is also infusing renewed energy into cultural self-pride, national unity and participatory governance.
