Deputy Chief Minister Shri Vijay Sharma congratulates on the historic achievement

Amid the historic success achieved in the direction of ending Naxalism in Chhattisgarh, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Vijay Sharma on Tuesday paid a courtesy visit to Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai at his residence office in Nava Raipur. On this occasion, Shri Sharma congratulated the Chief Minister on this major achievement toward the eradication of Naxalism and presented him with a bouquet, extending his felicitations.
On this occasion, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai highlighted that a Naxal-free Chhattisgarh is ready to step into a new era of development, trust, and prosperity. He emphasized that Naxalism had long been the greatest obstacle to the state’s progress, particularly casting a shadow over the Bastar region for years.
He added that development is gaining momentum across Naxal-affected areas, bringing a renewed environment of peace, security, and visible improvements in people’s lives.
Chief Minister Shri Sai credited this historic achievement to the firm resolve, clear policy, and effective strategy of the country’s esteemed Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah. He said that under their leadership, the dream of a fear-free and secure Chhattisgarh is becoming a reality.
Paying heartfelt tributes to the brave personnel who laid down their lives in the fight against Naxalism, Chief Minister Shri Sai said that their sacrifice has been the foundation of this achievement. He also lauded the unwavering courage, dedication, and sense of duty displayed by the security forces, emphasizing that the success is the result of their relentless efforts.
Expressing strong confidence in the state’s future, Chief Minister said that a Naxal-free environment will enable Chhattisgarh to move rapidly toward new milestones of development and emerge as a leading state in the country.
